dsh-vscode-bridge: Embedding a Pinned Version of code-server in DSH

The DSH plugin “dsh-vscode-bridge” embeds code-server into the center area view, supporting plugin extensions and file operations. Its core features include hot session switching based on an instance pool (zero reload), pinned/custom server source configurations, a focus layout, and theme following. The plugin resolves the missing resources issue in code-server 4.135.0 and supports overriding the workspace via environment variables for debugging isolation.
